Shipping & Exchange Information
We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 hours (provided it is a business day). However, we will let you know via a phone call or SMS if an item is out of stock, and the soonest it can be dispatched.
In Pakistan, we offer a standard shipping charge on all orders of Rs 200, no matter how big or small your package is.
In Lahore, we ship through our in-house service and can offer delivery within 2 business days. You need to contact us if you need a delivery urgently.
For nationwide delivery, we use Blue Ex courier services.
The projected delivery time for all non-Lahore based orders is 2-4 business days.
For international deliveries you will need to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can respond with shipping costs based on your destination.
Unexpected delays may occur with the shipment, and if you don’t receive your order within the allotted time, kindly e-mail email@example.com or call our Customer Service desk (+92 321 5777 533/+92 345 1003014). Make sure you have your order number (provided to via email when you place your order) when you call or email us.
Unfortunately Conatural does not offer returns for a full refund at this time.
Conatural has a 7 day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us for exchange:
- Is in its original packaging
- The seal of each product intact
- The packaging of the product has not been tampered with
This is how you can exchange an item:
- Call Conatural Customer Service on 0321 5777533 or 0345 1003014 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request an exchange.
- Log in the reason for exchanging the item.
- Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact to:
- We will send your chosen replacement item in exchange to your address
- You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment
If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about cancellations at the earliest.
Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it important that you notify us immediately. If you would like to cancel an order, please send an order cancellation request to Conatural Customer Services at email@example.com or call us on 0321 5777533 or 0345 1003014.
Please note that if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
