Q) Are there any discounts available?
Conatural offers discount codes on special occasions but general discounts on products are not offered. All prices are fixed. Please sign-up to our newsletter on our website to get first-hand access to discount codes and promotions or follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
Q) How are your products made?
All our products are made with natural and organic ingredients. We are ISO 22716 certified which means that we follow the strictest International code of Good Manufacturing Processes. Even though we use the purest ingredients, certain products can be allergic to some people as even natural ingredients can cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Always test a patch of our product on your inner elbow and leave for thirty minutes to determine whether our product is safe for use by you. Immediately discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are not suitable for those with nut allergies.

Q) Are your products Paraben-free?
They are. We’re proud to have formulations, which are free of all “hot list” chemicals such as Parabens, Sulphates, Silicones, Artificial musks, Artificial colours/PPD and Mineral Oil.
Q) Are your products safe for use by pregnant women?
We advise you consult with your doctor before using any of our products if you are expecting or nursing. This is because we use essential oils in all our products and some essential oils are not regarded as safe to be used by pregnant or nursing women.
Q) Can children under 3 years old use Conatural products?
We do not recommend that you use our products for any children under the age of 13. Young kids have a very sensitive skin and they could be allergic to the pure essential oil. The recommended average amount of essential oil to be used on kids is less than 0.5% whereas in our products it is 1.5%.
Q) How do I place an order online?
You can place your order by adding products from our website into your cart. Add any discount codes if applicable and checkout. In Pakistan, you can use Cash on Delivery or credit/debit card. Anywhere else in the world, you can only use the credit/debit card option.
Q) How long will my order take to be delivered?
Our delivery times nationwide are 3-5 days after your order has been confirmed. Orders within Lahore can arrive within 1-2 days after your order has been confirmed. The delivery time of all orders is subject to change depending on weather and public safety conditions.

Q) How long do your products keep for?
It is important to correctly store your Conatural products correctly, under 30°C and out of direct sunlight. Otherwise, each of products will last for as long as the specified period specified on its packaging.
Q) Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are formulated and packaged at our manufacturing facility in Lahore, Pakistan.
Q) What is your policy on animal testing?
We are 100% against testing cosmetics or skincare on animals and will NEVER ever allow it for any of our products.
Q) Your products are certified organic. What organic certifications do your products qualify for?
When we say a product is ORGANIC that means we are indeed using certified organic ingredients from either USNOP, ECOCERT or Soil Association. A cosmetic end product doesn't have to be "certified", but the ingredients (raw materials) used to need to be certified.
We only source certified organic ingredients - and we have certificates to ensure compliance. This is part of our ISO: 22716 "Good Manufacturing Processes" audit that ensures an international quality of manufacturing on our premises. Q) Are your products suitable for vegans or vegetarians?
All our products are suitable for vegetarians. With the exception of our Organic Lip Balms which contain Beeswax and our Nourishing Goat’s Milk Soap with Shea butter which contains Goat’s Milk, all our other products are suitable for vegans too.
Q) What makes Conatural different from other skincare companies?
Conatural products are 100% natural and in most cases organic too which means that they are more effective working in tune with your body to holistically maintain healthy skin and hair without any harmful side effects. Regular use also shows longer lasting results than competing brands that contain chemicals.

Q) Why are your products more expensive than traditional drugstore brands?
Conatural products are formulated very different than those found in the drug store. Traditional brands often use inexpensive (and often times toxic) ingredients like silicones which coat the skin making it feel better, but don’t do anything to promote the long-term health of your skin. We formulate our products with high quality, natural and organic ingredients that are expensive. They work with your skin to improve the texture, health and tone over the long term. We also include a high concentration of these natural and organic ingredients, such as our essential oils, rather than loading our product with inexpensive fillers.
Q) Can I use Conatural products if I have eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis?
The natural formulations of our products mean they contain none of the harsh and irritating ingredients, such as sulphates (the leading cause of contact dermatitis) and synthetic fragrances that are found in traditional skin care products. This makes them perfect for anyone that has especially sensitive skin. Our products are especially well suited for people with sensitivities and skin irritation. If your doctor has recommended that you refrain from using products then please follow your doctor’s advice. If you are experiencing any irritation on your skin please consult your doctor before use.
I have extreme hair fall and no shine or volume in my hair, what do you recommend?
We recommend that you use the Intense Growth Hair Oil for strengthening of your hair roots and to promote growth, thickening and prevent split ends and also use the Intense Luster Hair Oil for conditioning, frizz-free, volume and shine in hair. The Growth Oil is for the scalp and roots and the Luster Oil is for the main body of your hair. Both oils should be used together for 45 minutes – 3 hours for optimum results (DO NOT LEAVE IT ON FOR OVERNIGHT). Apply the oils after every 2 - 3 days.
